How ordering works

Ordering from getpack takes six steps: choose a box style and enter your size → see the price and delivery date at once → design in the studio or upload a file → prepress checks it and sends a proof to approve → pay the deposit to start production → follow production and delivery from your order page. Every step shows its status in your account.

No waiting for quotes, no files going back and forth by email — everything is on one page, and you always see where the job is.

Six steps

  1. Choose a style and enter your size

Pick from a library of boxes, bags, pouches and labels that the factories in our network really make. Enter your product's size and the sheet unfolds with cut lines, creases and safe zones. The dieline is free to download.

Tip: Not sure which style fits? Enter the product size and let the system suggest one, or message the team on LINE.

  2. See the price and delivery date at once

Change the board, quantity or print and the unit price and total (VAT included) follow immediately, with production days and the earliest delivery date. Products that cannot be priced instantly can be quoted from the same page; the team answers in business hours.

Tip: Compare several quantities on the order step — the larger the run, the lower the unit price.

  3. Design in the studio, or upload a file

Place your logo, text and images on a 3D box. The studio checks resolution, safe zones and unprintable colours while you design. Or upload an existing PDF/AI and we check it the same way. If you would rather not design yourself, getpack's design team works from what you placed.

Tip: Share a link so your team can comment on the 3D box. Every version is kept and can be restored.

  4. Prepress checks the file and sends a proof

A person checks every job before it prints; if something will not look right, we say so first. You approve the proof on your order page or ask for changes, and can order a single sample box before the whole run.

Tip: Production starts only once the proof is approved.

  5. Pay the deposit to start production

Pay by PromptPay QR, bank transfer, credit/debit card or instalments, split into the stages shown before you confirm. The tax invoice is issued by Collective Group (Thailand) as soon as you pay. Business customers can apply for credit terms.

Tip: Enter your tax-invoice details once in your account and use them on every order.

  6. Follow production and receive your order

See every stage on the order page: job received, printing, quality check, shipped — with QC photos before the cartons are sealed. When it arrives, confirm receipt or report a problem within the window shown on the order.

Tip: Reorder a past job in one click; approved artwork is not re-checked.

Common questions about ordering

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product. The minimum is shown on the product page and on the order step before you confirm; most products start in the hundreds of pieces.

How long does production take?

Production days are shown with the price on the order step, counted in business days after the proof is approved and the deposit paid. The earliest delivery date is shown too.

I have no artwork — what now?

Design it free in the studio, placing your logo, text and images on a 3D box, or let getpack's design team work from what you placed.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Ask for a sample box from the order step or your order page, choose photos or delivery, then confirm the full run.

How can I pay?

PromptPay QR, bank transfer, credit/debit card and instalments. Approved business customers can order on credit terms.

Something is wrong with the delivery — what do I do?

Report it from the order page within the window shown, with photos of the product and the shipping carton. The team reviews it and offers a remedy such as a reprint, refund or store credit under our guarantee.
