Terms of Service

getpack is provided by Collective Group (Thailand) ("the Company", "we"). The Company is the seller and issues tax invoices to customers directly. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

You identify yourself with a mobile number or a third-party account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and must tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. A business account may grant access to several members; its administrator is responsible for their actions.

Prices are in Thai baht, include VAT and exclude delivery unless stated. An instantly calculated price is the price you can order at for that spec and quantity at that moment. Quotes and saved prices are valid to the date shown. If a price changes before you confirm, the new price is shown for you to confirm again.

An order takes effect when you confirm it on the checkout page. Printing starts only once you approve the proof and pay the stage due. You are responsible for the correctness of your artwork and text and for the rights to images, logos and fonts used. The Company checks technical print readiness but is not responsible for spelling or content you have approved.

Pay through the methods shown at checkout: PromptPay QR, bank transfer, credit/debit card and instalments. An order may be split into stages shown before you confirm. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the deadline. Business customers approved for credit terms pay as agreed.

Print and packaging work carries industry-standard tolerances: the delivered quantity may be above or below the ordered quantity within the range shown on the order (charged at the actual quantity), dimensions may vary within the range shown, and printed colours may differ from a screen. Production days are business days after proof approval and payment.

We deliver to the address you give; delivery charges are shown before you confirm. On receipt, please inspect the goods and confirm receipt on the order page. If you neither confirm nor report a problem within the window shown, the order is treated as complete.

If goods are defective in manufacture or damaged in transit, report it from the order page within the window shown, with photos of the goods and the shipping carton. The Company reviews it and offers a remedy such as a reprint, refund or store credit as set out on the guarantee page. Defects arising from artwork or content you approved are not covered.

An order can be cancelled free of charge before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation depends on the stage reached and the costs incurred, which the team tells you first.

You keep ownership of designs, logos and content you create or upload, and grant the Company and its partner factories the right to use them to produce your order. getpack's box styles, design tools and software belong to the Company.

We collect and use personal data under our Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

The Company's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. The Company is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or delay caused by events beyond its control.

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall under the Thai courts. The Company may update these terms; the current version is shown on this page with its date.
